Hi, I’m Mac (she/her). True to my Millennial incarnation, I am here to question the ways in which things have been done. Somewhere and sometime, in childhood, my past life maternal experiences were activated and that’s how I’ve lived my life for as long as I can remember. So here I am, sharing gifts from my past life & current lived experience, with those around me during the crucial times of preconception, conception, pregnancy, loss, childbirth, and early childhood.
Through the use of reiki healing, yoga trained movements & breath work, and my trainings in reproductive work & early childhood education, I am here to support you through the journey of finding nourishment for your family across generations.
