This road is long and we want to be ready for the new way of living as a growing family.

With a postpartum doula, you will receive resources & support for emotional, mental, physical, & relational changes after the birth experience.

You will receive:

• daily/weekly access by phone (text, call, or video call)

• support with meal prep, household chores, caretaking of pets or additional children

• breastfeeding, pumping, overall feeding insights, support, and resources

• overall nourishment support

This service does acknowledge loss & grief as it exists along with pregnancy, birth, & postpartum experiences.

Payment Option: Hourly Rate ($40/hr)

4 hour shift increments - minimum of 8 hours booked is required
