The journey of pregnancy can hold a wide range of feelings and experiences. With a doula, foundational support in those first few months is available to you when your typical support network may not be.

You will receive:

• daily/weekly access by phone (text, call, or video call)

• in-person meetings (once every 4 weeks)

• your stable support person who can help to navigate the changes, considerations, and modalities of healing that gestation requires.

This service does acknowledge loss & grief as it exists along with pregnancy experiences.  Do not hesitate to reach out.
